General Terms and Conditions

Read carefully, please.
You only will be able to proceed with your order when you acknowledge having read and accepted our Terms and Conditions while ordering.


Errors and Omissions are regrettable but human ...
... therefore we can not accept any liability for those happening.
Minimum order:
We supply from single bottles to quantity lots. Refer to the statements with the respective items, please.
All our prices are stated in EUR inclusive of VAT according to German laws.
Transport insurance:
All goods delivered are insured against loss and damage. Should a parcel arrive in damaged condition refuse acceptance and have the carrier confirm damage in writing. Otherwise obtaining insurance compensation will be a problem.
Youth protection:
We expressivly advise that we do not sell our goods to minors below the age of 18 years according to the German Youth Protection Act. By stating your birth date and accepting these Terms and Conditions you certify being of mature age of over 18 years.
Right of Revocation:
End customers have the exclusive right of revocation within 2 weeks of the date of delivery without giving any reason. This right can be effected by sending an e-mail or fax to:

When sending back the goods we will accept only bottles in excellent unused and unopened condition.
The purchase price will be credited to your account or to your Credit Card.

Should any of the goods ordered not be available or only be available with other properties you will receive an e-mail or a call to avoid misunderstandings. We will not send any goods unless the order is clear to both sides.
